Welcome to SprintLine, a product of Alset, Inc. By accessing or using SprintLine, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
 

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration details (e.g. name, email, password)

  • Project-related inputs (e.g. product descriptions, goals, technical specs)

  • Support and consultancy requests

  • Payment information (processed via Stripe – we do not store card details)

b. Automatically Collected Data

  • Device type, browser, and usage data

  • IP address and geolocation (approximate)

  • Activity logs, including prompts and responses

  • Time stamps, session durations, and navigation patterns

c. Generated Content

  • Outputs generated by SprintLine’s AI engine based on your inputs (e.g. roadmaps, OpenAPI specs, pitch content)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the SprintLine service

  • Generate AI-assisted outputs based on your inputs

  • Communicate with you about your account or projects

  • Offer consultancy services upon request

  • Maintain security and prevent abuse

  • Analyze usage trends to improve product performance

  • Process payments and manage billing via Stripe

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored securely in Microsoft Azure, including:

    • MongoDB for structured conversation and project data

    • Azure Storage for file uploads and deliverables

  • We implement strict access controls, encryption, and monitoring via Azure Application Insights

  • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes

4. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services to operate SprintLine effectively:

  • Azure OpenAI: Used to generate AI-based outputs from your input

  • Stripe: Handles all payment processing

  • Lovable (optional): May be recommended as a UI tool; we are not affiliated, and your use of it is subject to their own privacy policy

These services are contractually obligated to protect your data and operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services and support

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Improve and monitor service quality

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

 

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access – You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correction – You can request that we update or correct inaccurate data.

  • Deletion – You may request that we delete your data, subject to legal or operational requirements. To do so, please contact us directly at contact@alset.com.mx.

  • Restriction – You may request the restriction of data processing in certain cases.

  • Objection – You may object to certain types of data use, including direct marketing.

  • Portability – You may request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

7. Cookies and Tracking

SprintLine may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • Analyze usage patterns

  • Improve platform functionality

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit your ability to use some features of SprintLine.

8. Children’s Privacy

SprintLine is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

If you are accessing SprintLine from outside the United States, be aware that your data may be stored and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure is located.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of SprintLine after such updates constitutes your acceptance.

11. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

We are committed to protecting the privacy rights of our users, including those located in the European Union (GDPR) and California (CCPA).
