Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 9/18/2025
Operated by: Alset, Inc.
Welcome to SprintLine, a product of Alset, Inc. By accessing or using SprintLine, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
1. Service Description
SprintLine is an AI-powered product strategy and design sprint engine designed to accelerate product development for solopreneurs and technical founders. The platform generates artifacts such as product visions, feature roadmaps, OpenAPI specifications, RFP-ready documentation, and pitch decks based on user input.
SprintLine is a guided AI service. It offers structured outputs based on your responses, prompts, and inputs. While we aim to deliver high-quality, actionable deliverables, the service is not a substitute for professional legal, technical, or product consultancy unless explicitly contracted as such.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user, you acknowledge and agree:
-
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs generated by SprintLine.
-
Deliverables (such as OpenAPI specs or pitch decks) are foundational and may require modification or enhancement to meet your specific business, technical, or investor requirements.
-
The platform is optimized for technical users with sufficient domain knowledge to interpret and act upon AI-generated outputs.
-
You should not rely solely on SprintLine for critical product, legal, or technical decisions without proper review or professional assistance.
3. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
The outputs produced by SprintLine are generated using advanced language models and automation tools, based on the inputs you provide. However:
-
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated content.
-
Generated content may contain errors, omissions, or require further refinement.
-
You retain full responsibility for how you use and implement any output from SprintLine.
4. Consultancy and Development Services
SprintLine offers optional consultancy and development support for users seeking personalized guidance, validation of outputs, or hands-on assistance in implementing product specifications.
-
Upon request, users will be offered a complimentary, non-billable discovery call to assess their needs.
-
Following this call, a detailed quote will be prepared within three (3) business days, outlining what can be achieved within the scope of the purchased development hours (if applicable).
-
No development work will begin until the quote is reviewed and formally approved by the user, serving as written authorization and reference for the work to be performed.
-
Once approved, development hours will be deducted as work is completed, and progress will be tracked transparently.
These services are billed separately from the core SprintLine platform and are governed by additional terms, including any specific service agreements or SOWs (Statements of Work) provided during the quotation process.
5. Intellectual Property
-
You retain ownership of your original inputs and any proprietary information you provide.
-
Alset, Inc. retains ownership of the underlying models, templates, and platform technology used to generate SprintLine outputs.
-
AI-generated deliverables (e.g., OpenAPI specs, RFP drafts, product architectures) may be used by you for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6. Payment and Access
SprintLine operates on a token-based billing system. Access to services and deliverables may require payment through Stripe or other approved channels.
Non-payment or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
-
Alset, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SprintLine.
-
The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
-
You acknowledge that all strategic, architectural, and business decisions made using SprintLine outputs are your sole responsibility.
8. Modifications to the Service
Alset, Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue SprintLine (or parts of it) at any time, with or without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Methodology and Third-Party Tools
SprintLine is inspired by the Design Sprint methodology, originally developed by Google Ventures and Jake Knapp. While our platform borrows key principles from this framework, SprintLine is not a strict implementation of the original Design Sprint format.
-
The platform adapts Design Sprint principles with proprietary AI-assisted workflows to better suit fast-moving digital product teams.
-
SprintLine is an independent product developed by Alset, Inc., and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google Ventures or any official Design Sprint organizations.
SprintLine may also recommend or provide integration points with third-party software, including but not limited to Lovable.
-
Lovable is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Alset, Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Lovable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
-
References to Lovable within SprintLine are intended for informational purposes and should not be construed as an endorsement or certified integration.
-
Users are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party tools they choose to use in conjunction with SprintLine.
